Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SiteNowPro, a website-building service operated by Quantos Media LLC ("SiteNowPro," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

SiteNowPro lets you build, customize, publish, and host a business website using our templates and editor, and delivers leads submitted through your published site. Features available to you depend on the plan you select.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the service.

3. Plans, billing, and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe) until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
• One-time services (such as a built-for-you site or add-ons) are billed once at the listed price.
• If a published site's hosting plan lapses, the site may be unpublished until the plan is renewed.
• We may change prices on a going-forward basis; we will give reasonable notice of changes that affect your active plan.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you add to your site. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and serve that content as needed to provide the service. You are solely responsible for your content and represent that you have the rights to use it and that it does not infringe the rights of others or violate any law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SiteNowPro to:

• Publish unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content.
• Send spam or violate marketing, telemarketing, or anti-spam laws when contacting leads.
• Attempt to breach, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service or its security.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Leads and communications

Leads captured through your published site are provided to you for your own business use. You are responsible for how you contact and handle the personal information of people who submit your forms, including complying with applicable privacy and anti-spam laws.

7. Service availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or produce any particular business result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantos Media LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quantos Media LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
